How much does it cost/ Payment options?

I work with individuals from the age of 18 upwards.

* Due to the COVID-19 pandemic I am only seeing individuals online for the foreseeable future*

I offer counselling on a sliding scale depending on an individuals ability to pay, starting from £ 35's upwards to £65’s per 50 minute session. I also offer a limited number of concessionary spaces which fall between £20-35’s, sometimes offered at less depending upon individual circumstance and my own capacity and case load.

  • Bank Transfer

Payment can be made on a sessional basis or in advance.

There is the option of paying in blocks of sessions which reduces some of the cost. For every 6 sessions booked in advance I take %10 off of the total. For every 10 sessions booked in advance I take 15% off from
    the total.

  • What happens in our first session?

The first session provides a good chance for you to tell me a bit more about what it is that brings you to counselling at this time. It is a chance for me to get a bit of background information and provides an opportunity for me to answer any questions you may have. As well as providing you with an opportunity to see If you like the way I work. How often do I come?

Sessions are held at the same time, usually weekly for however long you decide to come. This can be short term or on an open ended basis, longer term. You'll know when you no longer need counselling, when you've reached your goals for coming. We can regularly review our work together to see if you are getting what you need as we go along. I have experience of working both short term and long term.

    Where to find me?

I practice from Brighton Consulting Rooms which are situated right next to preston Park train station in Brighton situated near the number 5 bus routes.
